Allowed we have been to a few cool pet events around the United
States and are always looking for more.

Barkus
Location: New Orleans
Date: Held during Mardi Gras

Barkus
is a Mardi Gras parade held in the French quarter. All are
welcome to dress up their pets and parade them down the street
in Mardi Gras fashion. This is one of the most popular parades
during the Mardi Gras season. If you’re a pet lover,
you don’t want to miss Barkus!

Location: Battleship Park, Wilmington, NC

7th Annual Paw Jam will feature local and regional bands,
arts and crafts vendors, as well as many pet related activities
and educational attractions. Cape Fear Golden Retriever Rescue
is hosting the event and invites you to bring your four-legged
friends for a great day on the Cape Fear River. All proceeds
benefit non-profit, animal rescues, and no-kill shelters in
southeastern North Carolina

The Westminster Kennel Club 132nd Annual Dog show

The
Westminster Kennel Club hosts the most popular dog show every
year. There are 165 breeds and varieties of dogs judged in
seven different groups. If you aren’t able to go see
the show in person, USA Network will televise the event from

Juan Capistrano has more than just their famous swallows;
they also have one of the cutest Kid’s Pet Parades around.

Event: The 14th Annual Big Dog Parade
Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Big Dog Parade is a large event brought to you by The Big
Dog Foundation. The Big Dog Foundation has made been able
to donate millions through donations to dogs, kids, and dogs
who help people! The Big Dog Parade is the largest dog event
in the country.

Location: LaGrange, Illinois

crowd-pleasing event is sponsored by Pets and Pals Charities
Ltd. This event is fun for the entire family. The parade features
clowns, floats, and allows kids to show off their pets. The
Pets and Pals Charities promotes and supports the care of
animals in Chicago.
